Pomeranian Checks : These are super small dogs and a member of the Spitz family. Originating from Central Europe between poland and Germany they are considered a toy dog because of their size. Other names for this dog are Toy German Spitz or Zwergspitz

The weight of the dog is around 3 to 7lbs yet they can get up to 15 pounds. They have a top coat and an undercoat the top is soft, thich and furry.. with the coat beneath being coarse and long. ONce a year the males shed their undercoat, females do this when giving birth too.

Colors range from Black, Blue & tan, chocalte, white and brown through to a deep sandy color.

They are meant to live anywhere from 12 to 19 years, yet if they are looked after well they can survive as long as 20 years or more.

Options for caring for these dogs is to brush them around twice a week this prevents matting and it helps with dry skin and dandruff.
